There were SO many real estate companies and Agents. What drew our attention to Andrea(Andi) De Felice was her company's unique position of only representing the buyer. We reached out to Andi the week before coming to Savannah, only to learn that she was on a road-trip/Vacation. To accommodate our time line, Andi moved around her agenda and returned to Savannah in time to show us 12 homes the 1st day and 4 more the next day. She was a huge wealth of local knowledge and Real Estate advise that allowed us to find and make an offer to buy our Savannah home that week.

Her services didn't end there, as we had to jump back on a plane and return to Chicago, Andrea continued to monitor and walk us thru' the entire closing process via emails. She set up a home inspection, and appraisal. She also emailed us links and applications to sign up for Utilities and Power. Attended our final walk thru', and closing.

I believe there are people that truly enjoy what they do, and selflessly, freely give off themselves for other. Andi is such a person. She is very kind and easy to work with."
