No. Because we hold no listings and never represent sellers, dual and designated agency simply cannot happen here.

Do I need buyer-representation experience?
No — we train. You'll learn buyer-side contract writing, negotiation, and market analysis from agents who have specialized in buyer representation for decades. You will need an active Georgia real estate license.
