Long before buyer agency was a recognized practice in real estate, Broker Carolyn Smith saw that home buyers needed an advocate of their own — and in 1993 she founded Exclusive Buyer’s Realty. More than three decades later, EBR is still Savannah’s oldest and only exclusive buyer’s agency, today led by Broker Andi DeFelice. Our licensed, experienced buyer’s specialists have helped thousands of families — first-time buyers, move-up buyers, relocations, and retirees — find homes across Savannah, Pooler, Richmond Hill, Rincon, Wilmington Island, and Tybee Island. EBR is a member of the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents, the National and Georgia Associations of Realtors, and the Savannah Board of Realtors and Multiple Listing Service.
