Just What is an "Exclusive Buyer's Agent" and Why Would I Want One?

According to the National Association of Realtors, buyers who work with a buyer’s representative find their homes faster, while reviewing more properties in their search, than buyers who do not engage a buyer’s representative.

An “exclusive buyer’s representative” is someone who solely represents buyers, someone who doesn’t work for home sellers and never list homes for sale.

It's a straightforward way to buy real estate.  Our loyalty is always to the home buyer.  There is no motivation to sell our clients a specific house, as we have no interest in any specific house.  Our only interest is the home buyer.
