Missy was truly "excellent" in all areas of our home purchase process. Missy's insights and advice allowed us to offer the winning bid on a dream property in a crazy seller's market (Jan - Mar 2022). Our family was living out of state so we needed someone we could trust and who could help us move forward quickly in a "must move" situation without having to spend months in the market trying to close a deal. We also appreciated her allowing us to communicate with her anytime via text/email. She was always quick to get back to us. The end result is that our family is now living in our dream home with months to spare before we needed to be in the local area.
