Shannon was the realtor we had dreamed of and hoped for, in EVERY aspect of a first time home-buyer's experience. She was extremely attentive, listened to everything we needed and wanted in a home, and had the utmost patience with us as we changed our minds and decided on what we actually wanted. It was a long 5 months searching and searching, but Shannon was there every step of the way and was a force to be reckoned with. She was firm, gentle, and hilarious at every moment it was necessary. Andi was a major help as well, and definitely knew what she was doing when she paired us with Shannon.
