My main driver and motivation are my 2 kids. I worked so hard over many years for the opportunity to finally buy a home. It is one of the most pivotal moments in ones life to acquire a dream home. I NEEDED someone who knew the area extensively, someone who understood the dynamic of family, the space, and backyard that I dreamed of for my kids. Someone who was kind, patient and knowledgable with everything family related in the area. (Schools, entertainment, community amenities, etc). Someone who had to be creative and quick in dealing with a buyer out of state with a crazy work schedule, and 2 kids, managing it all. Lastly, someone who was always on top of their listings in this super quick market, where homes were under contract within 1-2 days. I needed all of that. Yet Chris not only met these expectations, but exceeded in every way imaginable. I never would have imagined that a realtor would fill so many shoes and wear so many hats to have the best interest and care on their client's needs. He is exceptional.
