Lilia’s experience in the real estate arena began in 2003, working with families to secure financing. Now that her children have left for college, she is returning to real estate to focus on the needs of others. Graduate school and her husband’s military service took Lilia to Dallas/Fort Worth, Fort Lauderdale, Virginia Beach, El Paso, Key West, then settling in Savannah in 2006. The many moves taught her the advantages of a fresh start as well as an acute understanding of the challenges of relocation.
Seeing friends and family purchase second homes in Florida, she thought of her cherished community of Savannah and all it has to offer. The beautiful weather, exquisite dining experiences, historic downtown, walkable beaches, and affordable housing make Savannah an unforgettable place. She has a strong desire to promote Savannah as an alternative location for first-time home buyers as well as those in the second/vacation home market.
