Carolyn Smith, retired owner of Exclusive Buyer's Realty, Inc, has been a licensed Realtor in the Savannah area since 1989. Realizing there was no one to act solely on behalf of the buyer in a real estate purchase, she established Exclusive Buyer's Realty, Inc.
Prior to representing buyers exclusively, Carolyn's field of real estate was property management, where she gained much experience in relating to her clients. She truly has tunnel vision when it comes to assisting Buyers, with a focus on paving the way for a successful and enjoyable home buying experience.
Beyond Real Estate, Carolyn enjoys exercise, gardening and giving back to her community.
